    Broiled Sirloin Steak with Garlic Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb sirloin steak
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 3 tbsp. worcestershire
    • 1/2 c. A-1


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in pan over low heat. Add garlic powder, worcestershire and A-1 sauce.
    2. Stir until well mixed. Heat to boiling
    3. Place steak on broiler pan. Remove sauce from heat and put sauce on steak. Make sure steak is covered with sauce. Place 3 inches below heat and cook 5 min.
    4. Cover other side with sauce. Cook 5 min. more
