Chicken Enchilada Bake

List of Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. oleo
- 1 can cr. of chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cubed cooked chicken
- 1 c. shredded cheddar
- 1 can diced green chiles
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan melt oleo and saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in green chiles, sour cream and soup. Mix well. Set aside 3/4 c. soup mix.
- To remaining sauce in pan stir in chicken and 1/2 c. cheese. Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with chicken mix. Roll up. Place seam side down in ungreased 12 X 8 inch baking dish. In small bowl combine reserved 3/4 c. soup mix and milk. Spoon over tortillas. Bake 30-35 mins. To serve sprinkle with remaining cheese.
