Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 can cream soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 can green chiles
- 8 tortillas
- 1 c. shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. In sm. bowl stir together soup and sour cream until smooth. Set aside. In 2 qt saucepan in hot oleo cook onion and chili powder. Add 2 tbsp. soup mix. Remove from heat.
- To make enchiladas spread 1/4 c. chicken mix in center of each tortilla. Fold sides over filling and place seam side down in 12 x 8 inch pan. Spread remaining soup mix over enchiladas. Cover with foil. Bake 15 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. more.
