Chicken enchilada Pie

- 1 c. chicken cooked and cut up
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 c. enchilada sauce
- 1/2 c. bisquick
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 can mexicorn
- 1 c. mexican cheese blend
Instructions
- Place sheet of foil on lower oven rack to catch drips. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 10 inch skillet mix chicken, chiles and enchilada sauce. Cook 3=4 min. Pour into 9 inch pie plate. In bowl stir bisquick, cornmeal, milk and egg. Stir in corn. Spoon over chicken mix. Bake 22-27 mins. Top with cheese. Let stand 5 mins.
