    Mexican Chicken Alfredo

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg spiral pasta
    • 2 lb. chicken breasts cubed
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 2 jars alfredo sauce
    • 1c. parmesan
    • 1 c. salsa
    • 1/4 c. milk
    • 2tsp. taco seasoning


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta. In skillet cook chicken, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in alfredo sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in cheese, salsa, milk and taco seasoning.
    2. Drain pasta. Toss with chicken mix. Divide between two greased 8 inch pans.
    3. Freeze one cook the other at 350 degrees 30-35 mins.

    4. To use frozen casserole thaw in fridge overnight. Remove 30 mins. before baking. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 50-60 mins.
