    List of Ingredients


    • 2 med. green peppers cut in strips
    • 1 lg. onion sliced
    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 4 drumsticks
    • 1 tbsp. chili powder
    • 2 tsp. oregano
    • 1 jar chipotle salsa
    • 2 tsp. cumin
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 c. ketchup


    Instructions


    1. Place peppers and onions in crockpot. Top with chix. Sprinkle chili powder and oregano over chix.
      Add salsa. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. Transfer chix to bowl. Keep warm. Stir ketchup, cumin and salt into liquid in crock pot. Cover cook on high 15 mins. Pour mix over chicken. Serve with noodles. You can thicken sauce with 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. water.
