    Mexican Corn Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 24 oz canned corn drained
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1 c. mayo
    • 1/8 tsp. sugar
    • 3 green onions chopped
    • 4 oz. green chiles chopped
    • 2 c. shredded cheddar
    • 3 jalapenos seeded and chopped


    Instructions


    1. In bowl combine corn, sour cream, mayo, sugar, green onions, chiles, cheese and jalapenos.

    2. Cover and chill 3 hours. Serve with chips.
