    • 1 pkg. ranch seasoning mix
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 tbsp. water
    • 1 1/2 lb beef flank steak cut in strips
    • 3 c. bell pepper and onion
    • 4 flour tortillas


    Instructions


    1. Combine seasoning mix with oil and water. Saute steak in dressing mix in a large skillet. Add peppers and onion. Cook until crisp tender. Place in warm tortillas. Add fillings of your choice.
