Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream soup
- 1 c. chix broth
- 1 can green chiles
- 3 lb chicken breasts chopped
- 16 corn tortillas
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 lb cheddar
Instructions
- In pan brown chicken. Drain. Mix sour cream, cream sou, chicken broth, onions and green chiles.
- Place half the mix in another bowl. Add the chicken.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In heated skillet add oil and soften corn tortillas in it. Divide chicken mix among the tortillas. Roll and place in 13 X 9 inch pan.
- Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Top with cheese. Bake 30 min.
