    Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 onion chopped
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1 can cream soup
    • 1 c. chix broth
    • 1 can green chiles
    • 3 lb chicken breasts chopped
    • 16 corn tortillas
    • 1/4 c. oil
    • 1 lb cheddar


    Instructions


    1. In pan brown chicken. Drain. Mix sour cream, cream sou, chicken broth, onions and green chiles.

    2. Place half the mix in another bowl. Add the chicken.

    3. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In heated skillet add oil and soften corn tortillas in it. Divide chicken mix among the tortillas. Roll and place in 13 X 9 inch pan.

    4. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Top with cheese. Bake 30 min.
