Beef Penne Pasta Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 8 oz ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 c. water
- 2 cans italian tomato paste
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tbsp. beef bouillon
- 2 c. shredded Jack cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef and onion in pan stir occasionally. Add water, tomato paste, water and bouillon. Cook stirring occasionally.
- Cook 10 -15 min. Layer ingredients in 13 x 9 inch pan as follows 1/2 cooked pasta, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Cover. Bake 20 -25 min.
