    French Onion Pork Chop Skillet

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 boneless pork chops
    • 2 onions sliced
    • 2 tbsp. worcestershire
    • 1 pkg stove top stuffing
    • 1 1/2 c. hot water
    • 1 c. Mozzarella shredded


    Instructions


    1. Heat skillet and spray with Pam. Add chops and onions cook 10 min.

    2. Turn chops after 5 min. Stir in 1 tbsp.worcestershire. Remove chops.
    3. Cook and stir onions 5 min. Add rest of worchestershire. Return chops to skillet. Top with onion mix. Mix stuffing mix with hot water. Spoon around edge of skillet. Top with cheese cover cook 5 min. more.
