Peppered Pork Chops

- 4 chops
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. oil
- 2 tsp. worcestershire
Instructions
- Coat chops with pepper and thyme. Heat oil in pan over med. high heat. Add chops cook to brown one side.
- Turn and brown other side. Remove from pan. Keep warm.
- Deglaze pan with worcestershire. Add sauce to hot pan. Stir constantly to remove pan juices cooked to the bottom of the pan. Pour over chops.
