    Pork Chops with Corn Dressing

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg beaten
    • 2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    • 1 can corn
    • 1/4 c. water
    • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 tsp. worcestershire
    • 6 boneless pork chops
    • salt and pepper
    • 1 can cream soup
    • 1/2 soup can milk


    Instructions


    1. In bowl combine egg, crumb, corn, worcestershire, green pepper, onion and worcestershire.

    2. Set aside. In lg. oven proof skillet heat oil over med. high heat lightly brown chops on both sides. Salt and pepper them. Top with corn dressing mix. Add enough water to cover bottom of pan.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees one hour. Add more water if necessary. Remove pork chops and dressing to a plate. Add soup and milk to pan drippings. Cook and stir until hot and bubbly.
