    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    • 1/3 c. dry breadcrumbs
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp. water
    • 6 boneless chops
    • 1 1/2 c. prego italian sauce
    • 1 c. shredded mozzarella


    Instructions


    1. Crush soup mix in plastic bag with rolling pin. Stir bread crumbs, soup mix and pepper on plate. Beat egg and water in bowl. Dip pork in egg mix and coat with crumb mix. Place pork in 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees 20 mins. Pour sauce over pork and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 mins.
