    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless chops
    • 1 1/2 tsps. cajun seasoning
    • 2 tbsp. oil
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic minced
    • 1 can cr. of celery
    • 1/3 c. water
    • 1 tbsp.parsley
    • 1 can diced tomatoes undrained


    Instructions


    1. Season pork with cajun seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Remove from pan. Add remaining oil and heat over med. heat. Saute onion, garlic, and celery until crisp tender. Add soup, water, tomatoes and parsley to the skillet and heat to a boil. Return pork to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 mins.
