Sweet and Saucy Ribs

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb pork ribs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. bbq sauce hot mesquite flavored
- 1 jar cherry jam or preserves
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Trim fat excess from ribs. Rub 1 tsp. pepper over ribs. Cut ribs into 2 rib portions. Place in crock pot. Combine bbq sauce, jam, mustard, and salt in bowl. Cover and cook on low in crock pot 6 - 8 hours.
