- 2 lg. potatoes
- 1 c. Alfredo sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1 c. shredded cheddar
- 1/2 c. mozzarella
Instructions
- Cook potaotes in microwave 6 mins. Cool slightly. In bowl mix alfredo sauce, garlic powder, pepper and thyme. Stir in 1/2 c. cheddar cheese and mozzarella.
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp and add to sauce mix. Mix well.
- Spoon into potato shells. Sprinkle with rest of cheddar. Micro on high 1 min.
