    • 3 large baking potatoes
    • 1/4 c. miracle whip
    • onion salt
    • pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thick slices. Cut slices into strips. Brush with miracle whip. Place on greased jelly roll pan. Season to taste. Bake at 375 degrees 50 min.
