    Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. butter
    • 1/4 c. flour
    • 2 c. milk
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 c. shredded cheddar
    • 1/2 c. parmesan
    • 5 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    • 1/4 c. buttered breadcrumbs


    Instructions


    1. In pan melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir over med. heat until mix thickens. Remove from heat

    2. Add the salt, cheddar and parmesan. Stir until cheeses melt. Add potatoes. Stir gently to mix. Place in a greased 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle crumbs on top.

    3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 30--35 min.
