Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes

- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded cheddar
- 1/2 c. parmesan
- 5 c. sliced cooked potatoes
- 1/4 c. buttered breadcrumbs
Instructions
- In pan melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir over med. heat until mix thickens. Remove from heat
- Add the salt, cheddar and parmesan. Stir until cheeses melt. Add potatoes. Stir gently to mix. Place in a greased 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 30--35 min.
