Creamed Potatoes

- 4 lb. potatoes quartered
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/3 -2/3 c. evaporated milk
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
- Add butter, cream cheese and 1/3 c. milk. Mash with potatoes. Add remaining milk as needed to make potatoes light and fluffy.
