    Creamed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lb. potatoes quartered
    • 1/4 c. butter
    • 1 oz cream cheese softened
    • 1/3 -2/3 c. evaporated milk
    • salt
    • pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.

    2. Add butter, cream cheese and 1/3 c. milk. Mash with potatoes. Add remaining milk as needed to make potatoes light and fluffy.
