    Garlic Parmesan Smashed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 potatoes cut in 1 inch pieces
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1/4 c. oleo
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 c. water
    • 1/2 c. half - half
    • 3/4 c. parmesan
    • 1/4 c. fresh basil


    Instructions


    1. Place potatoes in slow cooker. Stir in garlic, butter, salt, pepper and water. Cover cook on high 4 - 6 hours. Do not drain. Mash potatoes slightly. Add half-half, cheese. Continue mashing until desired consistency. Stir basil in just before serving.
