Garlic Parmesan Smashed Potatoes

- 8 potatoes cut in 1 inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. half - half
- 3/4 c. parmesan
- 1/4 c. fresh basil
Instructions
- Place potatoes in slow cooker. Stir in garlic, butter, salt, pepper and water. Cover cook on high 4 - 6 hours. Do not drain. Mash potatoes slightly. Add half-half, cheese. Continue mashing until desired consistency. Stir basil in just before serving.
