    List of Ingredients


    • 4 c. cubed hot potatoes peeled
    • 1/2 lb velveeta
    • 2 tbsp. oleo
    • 3/4 c. miracle whip
    • 1/4 c. sour cream
    • 5 slices bacon
    • 1/4 c. green onions sliced
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 14 tsp. paprika


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, 1/4 lb velveeta and oleo. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    2. Add miracle whip, sour cream, 2 tbsp. bacon, 2 tbsp. onion and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
    3. Top with remaining cheese, bacon and onion. Sprinkle with paprika.
    4. Bake 20-25 min.
