Potato Stuffing Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 tbsp. butter divided
- 3 slices bread cubed
- 5 lg. potatoes mashed after cooking
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. hot milk
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions
- In pan saute celery and onion. Add breadcubes and stir until lightly browned. Stir in potatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, milk and egg. Mix well
- Spoon into oiled 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Dot with remaining 2 tbsp. butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 min.
