    List of Ingredients


    • 4 med. potatoes cooked, peeled and cubed
    • 2 tbsp. butter melted
    • 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper
    • 2 - 4 tbsp. milk
    • 1 c. shredded cheddar divided
    • 1/4 c. chopped onion
    • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper


    Instructions


    1. In bowl mash potatoes until smooth. Add butter, salt, pepper and enough milk to make a soft mashed potato consistency.
    2. Stir in 2/3 c. cheese, ham, onion and green pepper. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
    3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 20-25 min. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
