    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lb cut up chicken
    • 1 env. onion soup mix
    • 3 tbsp. apricot preserves
    • 1 tbsp mayo
    • 1 tbsp. ketchup
    • 1 tbsp. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bottom of broiler pan arrange chicken and set aside. In saucepan combine rest of things. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring 1 min. Evenly brush over chicken. Bake basting occasionally 1 hr.
