Cajun Country Fried Chicken

- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. cajun seasoning divided
- 8 chicken breasts
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
- In bowl combine milk and 1 tbsp. cajun seasoning. Add chicken. Cover and refrig. 2 hours.
- In large plastic bag combine flour, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic salt and remaining cajun seasoning.
- Drain chicken and discard milk. Place chicken in flour and shake to coat.
- In pan heat 1/4 inch oil fry 7-8 min. Make sure juices run clear.
