    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. milk
    • 2 tsp. cajun seasoning divided
    • 8 chicken breasts
    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 1 1/4 c. flour
    • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt


    Instructions


    1. In bowl combine milk and 1 tbsp. cajun seasoning. Add chicken. Cover and refrig. 2 hours.
    2. In large plastic bag combine flour, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic salt and remaining cajun seasoning.
    3. Drain chicken and discard milk. Place chicken in flour and shake to coat.
    4. In pan heat 1/4 inch oil fry 7-8 min. Make sure juices run clear.
