Chicken Cutlets with Lemon Garlic Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken brests
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. oil
- Lemon garlic sauce
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Place chicken in bowl and add beaten egg. Toss to coat. Place crumbs in bag. Add chicken one piece at a time. Shake to coat. Heat oil in lg. skillet. Cook chicken 8 - 10 mins. Turn once. Serve with Lemon Garlic sauce.
- To make Lemon Garlic Sauce.
- Heat oil in med. pan over med. low heat. Add green onions and cook 2 mins. Add broth and garlic; heat. Mix cornstarch and 1 tbsp. water. Add to saucepan and stir gently until sauce thickens. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon over chicken.
