    Chicken Cutlets with Lemon Garlic Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken brests
    • 1 egg lightly beaten
    • 1 c. breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 c. oil
    • Lemon garlic sauce
    • 1 tsp. oil
    • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
    • 1 c. chicken broth
    • 1 tsp. garlic
    • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Place chicken in bowl and add beaten egg. Toss to coat. Place crumbs in bag. Add chicken one piece at a time. Shake to coat. Heat oil in lg. skillet. Cook chicken 8 - 10 mins. Turn once. Serve with Lemon Garlic sauce.


    2. To make Lemon Garlic Sauce.
    3. Heat oil in med. pan over med. low heat. Add green onions and cook 2 mins. Add broth and garlic; heat. Mix cornstarch and 1 tbsp. water. Add to saucepan and stir gently until sauce thickens. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon over chicken.
