    What a delicious way to serve chicken.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 3 tbsp. flour
    • 2 tbsp. oleo
    • 1 env. ranch salad dressing mix
    • 2 c. milk
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Salt and pepper chicken. Dip chicken in flour. Reserve unused flour.
    2. In pan melt oleo. Brown chicken 6 min. turn once. Stir in salad dressing mix blended with milk and rest of flour. Bring to a boil.
    3. Reduce heat to low. simmer 3 min.
