    Crisp and Creamy Baked Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 6 tbsp. shake and bake x-tra crisp coating mix
    • 2/3 c. cream of celery soup
    • 1/4 c. milk
    • 1 c. shredded jack and cheddar cheese
    • 2 2/3 c. hot rice


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat chicken with coating mix. Place in single layer in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 25 min.
    2. Beat soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
    3. Bake 5 min. more.
