    Oven Fried Buttermilk Chicken

    • 3/4 c. buttermilk
    • 1 c. flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    • 1 pkg. chicken pieces
    • 1/4 c. butter


    Instructions


    1. Place buttermilk in shallow dish. On waxed paper mix flour, and spices. Dip chix in buttermilk to coat completely. Dredge chicken in flour mix to cover completely.

    2. Place on clean piece of waxed paper. In foil lined jelly pan melt butter in 425 degree oven 3 - 5 min. Spread evenly.

    3. Place chicken skin side down in pan. Bake chicken at 425 degree 30 min. Carefully turn chicken over.

    4. Bake 30 min. more.
