    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. fresh chopped rosemary
    • 2 lg. garlic cloves
    • 1 tsp. each salt and pepper
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 4 chicken breast
    • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Heat grill to high. Brush with oil.
    2. Mash rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Mash with a pestle. Then stir in oil.
    3. Spread evely on both sides of chicken. Grill 3 - 5 min. per side. Put on platter. Drizzle with vinegar.
