    • 1/2 c. olive oil
    • 1/2 c. lemon juice
    • 2 tsp. cayenne
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 2 chicken breasts


    Instructions


    1. In bowl mix all but chicken. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate 1 hour. Turn chicken occasionally. Broil chicken 6 - 8 min.. Turn broil 5 - 10 min. more.
