    Turkey with Green Chiles

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp. oil
    • 2 tsp. chili powder
    • 1 tsp. cumin
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
    • 1 1/2 lb turkey breast meat uncooked
    • 1 c. onion chopped
    • 3/4 c. chix broth
    • 4 oz green chiles
    • 2 cloves garlic crushed
    • 2 tbsp. flour
    • 2 tbsp. water
    • 1/2 c. sour cream


    Instructions


    1. In pan heat oil. Add chili powder, cayenne, cumin and salt.
    2. Mix and add sliced turkey. Brown each slice on both sides.
    3. Add onion, broth, green chiles and garlic. Cover and simmer 35-45 min. Remove turkey to platter
    4. Drain juices baked in pan. In bowl blend together flour and cold water. Stir into sauce. Stir in sour cream.
