    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 c. buttermilk
    • 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
    • 3 lb chicken
    • 1 c. flour
    • 1 tsp. paprika
    • 1/4 c. oleo melted


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 1 c. measure combine buttermilk and bouillon. Let stand 10 min. Stir. Place chicken in large bowl. Pour bouillon mix over chicken. Toss to coat. Let stand 30 min. In bag combine flour and paprika. Add chicken. Shake to coat. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Drizzle oleo over chicken. Bake 1 hour.
