    Zesty Marinated Shake & bake Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tbsp. grey poupon mustard
    • 2/3 c. italian salad dressing mix
    • 1 pkg. shake and bake coating mix
    • 8 small chicken breasts


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Add mustard to salad dressing. Beat with wire whisk. Pour over chicken in plastic bag. Seal. Turn bag over several times to coat. Refrig. 1 hour. Remove chicken.
    2. Empty coating mix into bowl. Add chicken. Turn to coat. Place in foil lined jelly roll pan. Bake 20 min.
