    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. ground beef
    • 1/4 c. chopped onion
    • 1 jalapeno chopped
    • 2 tsp famous Dave's steak seasoning
    • 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
    • 12 slices bacon
    • 4 slices smoky cheddar cheese
    • good mustard
    • relish


    Instructions


    1. Mix ground beef, onion, jalapeno, 2 tbsp bbq sauce, steak seasoning and pepper.
    2. Shape into patties. Grill until med. rare. Slather both sides with bbq. sauce. Grill until done. Remove from grill.
    3. Preheat broiler. Arrange patties on baking sheet. Top with 3 slices bacon and cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
