    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lb. beef rump roast
    • 2 env. onion soup mix
    • 2 tsp. sugar
    • 1 tsp. oregano
    • 1 tbsp. garlic clove
    • 2 cans beef broth
    • 1 bottle beer
    • crust french rolls


    Instructions


    1. Place beef in crock pot. Combine soup mix, sugar, oregano, garlic, broth and beer in large bowl. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on high 6-8 hours. Remove beef. Shred with 2 forks. Return to broth. Put on rolls. Serve with Au Jus.
