Hot Beef Sandwiches Au Jus

- 4 lb. beef rump roast
- 2 env. onion soup mix
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. garlic clove
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 bottle beer
- crust french rolls
Instructions
- Place beef in crock pot. Combine soup mix, sugar, oregano, garlic, broth and beer in large bowl. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on high 6-8 hours. Remove beef. Shred with 2 forks. Return to broth. Put on rolls. Serve with Au Jus.
