    • 1 can green chiles
    • 4 hard cooked eggs
    • 3 tbsp. mayo
    • 2 tbsp. green onion
    • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
    • 4 english muffins


    Instructions


    1. Combine chiles, chopped eggs, mayo, green onion and hotsauce in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on toasted muffins.
