    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. chicken cubed
    • 1 can mexicorn
    • 1 can cream of potato
    • 1 can green chiles
    • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
    • 1 taco seasoning mix
    • 3 c. chicken broth
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 4 oz mexican velveeta


    Instructions


    1. In slow cooker combine chicken, corn, soup, undrained chiles, cilantro and taco seasoning. Stir in chicken broth. Cover. Cook on low 4 - 6 hours. Stir 1 c. hot soup into sour cream. Stir sour cream mix and cheese into cooker. Let sit 5 min.
