    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. butter
    • 1/4 c. flour
    • 2 1/2 c. milk
    • 1 c. beer
    • 2 tsp. worcestershire
    • 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
    • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    • croutons


    Instructions


    1. In pan melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook 1 min. Stir constantly. Stir in milk, beer, worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir frequently. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min. Stir frequently. Stir in cheese until melted.
