Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Soup

- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. beer
- 2 tsp. worcestershire
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- croutons
Instructions
- In pan melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook 1 min. Stir constantly. Stir in milk, beer, worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir frequently. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min. Stir frequently. Stir in cheese until melted.
