    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg beaten
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 2 cans corn drained


    Instructions


    1. In bowl mix egg and sour cream. Stir in corn muffin mix, salt, and pepper.
    2. Add corn. Mix well. Pour in baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees25-30 min.
