Cheese Fondue

List of Ingredients
- 12 oz. Emmenthaler Cheese
- 4 oz Grueyre Cheese
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
Instructions
- Grate Cheeses in large bowl.
- Add flour to cheeses, mix well.
- Rub the inside of fondue pot with garlic clove (easier if you smash clove with a spoon first)
- Add wine and lemon juice, and heat to boil point.
- Slowly add cheese mixture in handfuls, stirring constantly.
- Serve over a heat source with french bread, cubed
Final Comments
Can be great as an appetizer at a party, or a full meal served with a light salad.
