    Cheese Fondue

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz. Emmenthaler Cheese
    • 4 oz Grueyre Cheese
    • 2 Tbs. Flour
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 cup dry white wine
    • 1 Tbs. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Grate Cheeses in large bowl.

    2. Add flour to cheeses, mix well.

    3. Rub the inside of fondue pot with garlic clove (easier if you smash clove with a spoon first)

    4. Add wine and lemon juice, and heat to boil point.

    5. Slowly add cheese mixture in handfuls, stirring constantly.

    6. Serve over a heat source with french bread, cubed



    Final Comments


    Can be great as an appetizer at a party, or a full meal served with a light salad.
