    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
    • 3/4 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
    • 1 - 2 cloves garlic
    • 2/3 cup olive oil
    • 1/4 cup drained capers
    • 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
    • French bread


    Instructions


    1. In food processor, finely chop olives, tomatoes and garlic.
    2. Add olive oil, capers and oregano.
    3. Blend to a coarse puree.
    4. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
    5. Serve at room temperature on sliced French bread.
