List of Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 3/4 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 - 2 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup drained capers
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- French bread
Instructions
- In food processor, finely chop olives, tomatoes and garlic.
- Add olive oil, capers and oregano.
- Blend to a coarse puree.
- Refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Serve at room temperature on sliced French bread.
