List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash black pepper & ground ginger
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (uncooked)
- 1 pkg won ton skins
- vegetable oil
- 6 oz can pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 T sugar
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 4 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, garlic salt, salt, pepper & ginger.
- Drop teaspoonful on each won ton skin, fold and seal by wetting edges.
- Fry in oil until brown.
- For dipping sauce, heat last 5 ingredients until they boil, stirring constantly.
Final Comments
Can substitute for filling: 1 lb. minced pork or chicken, 2 eggs, 1 cup chopped green onion, 1 tsp salt & 2 T soy sauce.
