List of Ingredients
1 lb. sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
6 oz shredded Cheddar or American cheese
1 tsp salt
3 slices of bread cut into 1/4 inch cubes
Recipe
The night before brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Add sausage, cheese and bread. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover.
The next morning baked uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
