Recipe Introduction


This recipe makes a huge batch, but can be cut in half. It is a favorite of Cindy's family (and the rest of us, too)!





List of Ingredients



• 12 eggs
  
• 2 lbs. brown sugar
  
• 4 cups white sugar
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  
• 1 T salt
  
• 8 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1 lb. butter (not oleo)
  
• 3 lbs. creamy peanut butter
  
• 18 cups Quick Oatmeal
  
• 1 lb. M & Ms
  
• 1 lb. chocolate chips
  






Instructions



1. Cream sugars & butter.
   
2. Add eggs.
   
3. Add remaining ingredients.
   
4. Drop dough onto lightly greased cookie sheets, approximately 6 cookies to a sheet.
   
5. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until brown.
   






Final Comments


It's a good thing these are big cookies, 'cause you can't eat just one! They can be made smaller, but why would you want to?
