    List of Ingredients




    1 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    1 cup whipping cream, whipped
    2 egg whites stiffly beaten
    1-9 inch baked graham cracker crust

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Add chocolate and blend well. Fold in whipped cream, then egg whites. Fill crust, cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Garnish with shipped cream and walnut halves before serving.
