List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- Peaches, sliced
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix with fork.
- Fill 8 x 8 baking dish with sliced peaches.
- Sprinkle mixture over top.
- Dot with butter; or dribble top with cream or half & half.
- Bake @ 350 degrees until brown.
Final Comments
Sprinkle peaches with sugar & cinnamon before adding topping if you want a sweeter dessert.
