- l l/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- l/2 cup oleo
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 cups sliced peaches
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- Mix 1st 4 ingredients for pie crust and add 2 tsp. sour cream
- Press in 9" round pie pan or double recipe for a 9X13 pan
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool.
- Place sliced peaches in crust.
- Mix the beaten egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and flour and pour over peaches.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
