    List of Ingredients


    • l l/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • l/2 cup oleo
    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • 3 cups sliced peaches
    • 3 beaten egg yolks
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup flour


    Instructions


    1. Mix 1st 4 ingredients for pie crust and add 2 tsp. sour cream
    2. Press in 9" round pie pan or double recipe for a 9X13 pan
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool.
    4. Place sliced peaches in crust.
    5. Mix the beaten egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and flour and pour over peaches.
    6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
