Peach Preserves

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups peeled, chopped peaches
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 - 3 T chopped Marachino cherries
Instructions
- Bring peaches and sugar to a boil.
- Boil 10 minutes or more over medium heat until thick, stirring occasionally, especially towards the end.
- Skim off foam.
- Add lemon juice & cherries.
- Bring to a second boil.
- Let stand until plump.
- Seal in jars or refrigerat.

Nannie & Cheryl also love this recipe, especially on peanut butter toast.
